Lost or broken USB key? Registered users can order a replacement key for their existing BASIC or PRO licence here.
This requires that a defective USB drive be returned to us. If a USB drive is lost, unfortunately, a new USB drive cannot be created with the same license. In this case, the license will be deactivated and replaced with a new one.
